Format

Modified Pool Play

Match 1: Team 1 vs Team 4

Match 2: Team 2 vs Team 3

Match 3: Loser of Match 1 vs 2

Match 4: Winner of Match 1 vs 2

2nd Place (Teams 1-1) will be decided by Head-to-Head, then Set Ratio, then Point Ratio

Pool Play is Best of 3 Sets (21,21,15), Win by 2, no cap.

Teams receive one 60-second Timeout per Set.

All Teams Advance to Playoffs.

Playoffs are Single Elimination. Best of 3 sets (21, 21, 15), win by 2, no cap.

Referee Duties:

Pool Play: Teams that are not Playing need to Supply 1 Player Each to Help Referee

Playoffs: Referee Schedule to be Announced

Prizes: Prizes will be Awarded for 1st Place Teams in 8 Team Divisions and 1st & 2nd Place for 16 Team Divisions

Rules:

Court Size: Big Court

Roster: Roster Max of 5 players (Must Register 5th Player at Sign-Up)

Tips: No Open Hand Tips.

Double Contact: Players may Double Contact any Hard Driven Attack

Let Serves: Let Serves are Legal.

Blocking: A Block is Not Considered a Touch.

Setting Over: When the Ball is Set into the Opponents Court, the Setter’s Shoulders must be Squared Up or Perpendicular to the Line of Flight of the Ball.

Time Outs: Each Team is Allowed Two 30-Second Timeouts per Game.

Side Changes: Teams Switch Sides for Game 2 & Every 5 Points in the 3rd Game

Footwear: Barefoot, or Shoes (No Spikes Allowed)

Forfeit Rule: 10-Minute Forfeit Rule

Warm Up: 5 Minute Warm Up Begins at the End of Current Match

Scoring: Rally Point System
